UK GDPR compliance support helps a business connect its legal responsibilities with everyday working practices. PAD International Group assists UK-facing organisations with a defined programme of data protection documentation and process coordination. The service can support overseas businesses as well as teams that need clearer records, rights-request procedures or vendor documentation.

Begin with scope and a practical gap review
We first establish the organisation’s activities and the processing that needs assessment. Being accessible online in the UK does not by itself answer the territorial-scope question. We then review available policies, contracts, data flows and working procedures. A gap review should produce a prioritised action plan, identifying the decisions management must take and the tasks that can be implemented by operational teams.
Records, contracts and accountability documents
The agreed work can cover records of processing activities, retention schedules, privacy notices, processor terms and support with assessing the need for a data protection impact assessment. Documentation must reflect actual practice. For example, a retention policy is ineffective if systems retain customer records indefinitely and no team has responsibility for deletion. We identify these implementation dependencies in the action plan.
DSAR and breach-response workflows
A data subject access request requires a controlled process for intake, proportionate identity checks, searches, review, redaction and response. Breach procedures need an escalation route and an assessment of notification obligations. Relevant deadlines and exceptions must be assessed under the current rules and the facts of the incident or request. Urgent matters should be flagged at the outset rather than waiting for a routine compliance review.
An implementation programme with defined outputs
You may receive an assessment report, a document pack, workflow guidance and an action tracker. We can coordinate follow-up work with your operations or technical team. The engagement does not transfer management’s accountability to us, and it does not promise approval by the regulator. A useful programme provides evidence of decisions and practical improvements rather than a generic certificate.
How the engagement works
Start by sending a short description of your business, the relevant countries and the outcome you need. We review suitability and any urgent dates, clarify the information required and confirm a written scope. The proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees. Government, tribunal, institutional and third-party charges are identified separately where relevant. Work starts only after the engagement arrangements and necessary checks are completed.
Frequently asked questions
Is a UK GDPR representative the same as a compliance adviser?
No. Article 27 representation is a specific role. A representative appointment does not replace wider compliance work or a DPO where one is required.
Can you help with a live access request?
Yes, subject to scope and capacity. Send the receipt date and relevant context promptly so applicable deadlines can be assessed.
Can the project include international transfers?
Yes. Transfer mapping and documentation can be scoped as a separate workstream where required.
