Yes. Under the Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (FIPPA), foreign nationals and companies may establish and own businesses in Iran, including wholly-owned entities in most sectors. We manage the entire process including OIETAI approval where required.

Iran recognises foreign judgments under certain conditions set out in the Iranian Code of Civil Procedure (Articles 169–179). Enforceability depends on reciprocity and the nature of the judgment. We conduct a preliminary analysis of enforceability before advising on strategy.
